Facility
Its facility consists of 40,000 square sq./ft. state of the art powered facility built most suitable for crypto mining along with low electricity cost. It was originally built by Litton Systems for the manufacturing of US Military components and systems. It was later renovated for flat panel R&D with an infrastructure that was built at considerable cost and meant to run 24 hours a day year-round.
With over 1,000,000 cfm of exhaust and makeup air capability consisting of 9 rooftop exhaust fans capable of 250,000 cfm, and 20 Trane recirculating fans capable of 500,000 cfm in conjunction with 20 exterior filtered louvers. This allows fresh air makeup for optimal temperature during summer and winter crypto mining.
Power
Mining
The current power capacity of 8MW (Green Renewable Power Source Originating from Niagara Falls), to the facility floor servicing 6000 KVA of distributed power, with the future upgrade capacity consisting of 3 additional MW, commissioning for 2022.

- Mr. Di Placido is a private businessman, with 40 years of business management and entrepreneurial experience
- Mr. Di Placido has been actively involved in the raising capital for public companies in various stages of exploration and development and has been the catalyst for several startup companies
- Mr. Di Placido first become aware of Bitcoin Block Chain in 2014 and by 2016 was Mining Bitcoin on a small scale. Opportunity knocked in 2020 and Mr. Di Placido was ready to dive into Crypto in a big way
- Mr. Di Placido’s most recent venture is Megawatt Mining Corporation, a fully operational private Crypto Mining company focused on mining bitcoin.
Daniel Neufeld,
CTO & Founder
- Mr. Neufeld is a former Vice President and Chief Information Officer with 20 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management.
- Mr. Neufeld is an innovative thinker who is always planning for the future. He has been nominated for and won several prestigious industry awards for leadership and risk management.
- Mr. Neufeld began operating crypto currency mining operations for various publicly traded entities in January 2018 and has been providing consulting and general management services ever since.
- Mr. Neufeld brings his keen sense of providing exceptional operating efficiency even while on a strict budget, which is key to the success for a crypto mining company.
